Subaru of Missoula is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Vehicle Admin to join our business office team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting various accounting functions and ensuring accuracy in dealership financial transactions. This role is essential in managing administrative tasks related to vehicle sale transactions, ensuring smooth communication and support within the dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical/bookkeeping skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in various office software applications.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $22.50+ per hour (DOE).

- Manage vehicle-related sale documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize dealership management software for bookkeeping tasks related to vehicle sale transactions (Reynolds preferred).
- Provide cashier support, greeting customers and handling inquiries professionally.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Assist with maintaining organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proficiency in Reynolds or other Automotive DMS applications preferred.
- Experience in dealership accounting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
